A book I’d really recommend is

The Catcher in the Rye. Kind of a cliche recommendation, but JD Salinger essentially captured every shade of angst in that book and it's still the greatest new American novel of the last century.

My favourite place to read is

The yard at my house. There's lots of wildlife around to distract you but it is very relaxing.

When I need to feel inspired

I take a long walk. Trying not to think of things has revealed to be the best way to make me think of things in my experience.

The best gift I’ve received recently

A Little Martin guitar from Martin & Co. Beautiful and ideal for any kind of travel.

In my fridge you’ll always find

At least three kinds of cheese. Cheese is an appetiser, entreé and desert.

A memory I’d like to relive is

Going to Peru. Amazing country, superb food, genuine people, ancestral vibes. What's not to like?

My hidden talent is

Scriptwriting. As I actually write movies and series in a professional setting, I hope the talent part is not so hidden.

My ideal pet would be

An orange cat that I could take anywhere in a backpack but would wake me up yelling at 3 a.m. every night. Oh, wait. He exists already and his name is Curry.

My favourite movie is

Up in the Air. The script is great, the soundtrack is awesome, the sweet spot between commercial and artistic. A great example of the medium-sized movies Hollywood will never make again while Thanos is alive.

I am most looking forward to

Watching the release of my first produced feature film in the theatres and check out the audiences' reaction to the scenes I wrote.
